During the pandemic period, Astra communicated the following temporary measures to clients and team members:
- Staging consultations could be completed by telephone or video when an in-person visit was not appropriate.
- Team members used masks and gloves during property visits, staging installations and removals.
- Clients and occupants were asked to maintain social distancing and avoid being inside the property while the team worked.
- Frequently touched surfaces were disinfected after staging work was completed.
- Paperwork and payment were handled electronically to reduce in-person contact.
