1. Our Services

Astra Staging provides home staging and related services, including vacant home staging, occupied home staging, consultations, furniture and accessory rental, photography and other related services.

Information presented on this website is intended to help customers understand our services, obtain quotes or estimates, submit property information, and begin the booking process.

The availability, scope, timing and pricing of services may vary depending on the property, location, project requirements, inventory availability and other circumstances.

2. Online Quotes

Certain properties may qualify for an online quote based on information provided by the customer, including property type, size, rooms to be staged, location and other project details.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

An online quote is based on the information submitted at the time the quote is generated. If the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the actual condition, size, layout or staging requirements of the property differ materially from the information submitted, Astra Staging may revise the scope of work and pricing before services are confirmed or performed.

Additional services or items requested after a quote has been prepared may result in additional charges.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes are additional.

3. Estimates and Price Ranges

Some properties, particularly occupied homes or properties containing existing furniture, may require further review before a final quote can be provided.

Any estimated price, typical range, starting price or similar pricing information displayed on the website is provided for general guidance only and is not a final quote or guarantee of price.

A final quote may be prepared after Astra Staging reviews photographs, property information, staging requirements or completes a consultation.

4. Property Photos and Information

Customers may submit photographs, videos, floor plans, property details and other information through our website or other communication channels for the purpose of obtaining a quote, estimate or staging recommendation.

By submitting this material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it to Astra Staging and authorize us to use it for purposes reasonably related to evaluating, quoting, planning and providing the requested services.

The accuracy and completeness of recommendations and quotations may depend on the quality and completeness of the information provided.

Submission of property information or photographs does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

5. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time.

A consultation is confirmed only after Astra Staging has communicated confirmation of the appointment.

Where a consultation fee applies, the applicable fee will be communicated before the consultation is confirmed.

6. Proposals

A proposal provided by Astra Staging describes the proposed scope of staging services and applicable pricing based on the information available to us at that time.

Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, a proposal does not reserve inventory or guarantee a staging date.

Astra Staging may revise a proposal where the customer changes the requested scope of work or where material differences are identified between the information originally provided and the actual property or project requirements.

7. Booking and Staging Dates

Submitting a quote request, viewing a proposal, selecting a preferred date or requesting a staging date does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.

A staging date is considered confirmed only when Astra Staging has confirmed the date and any required booking conditions, including any applicable deposit or payment requirements, have been satisfied.

Requested dates are subject to availability.

Astra Staging will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates but cannot guarantee availability until a booking has been confirmed.

8. Deposits and Payments

A deposit or other payment may be required to secure a staging booking.

The amount and payment terms applicable to a particular project will be shown in the applicable proposal, invoice, booking confirmation or service agreement.

Any remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided for the project.

Failure to make required payments may result in the booking being delayed, suspended or cancelled, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

9. Initial Rental Period

Staging services involving Astra Staging furniture, artwork, accessories or other inventory are provided for the initial rental period specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

The initial rental period begins on the date specified in the applicable project documents.

Furniture and accessories remain the property of Astra Staging at all times.

If staging inventory remains at the property beyond the initial rental period, additional rental or renewal charges may apply in accordance with the applicable proposal or service agreement.

10. Extensions and De-Staging

Customers who wish to extend the staging period should contact Astra Staging before the end of the current rental period.

Extensions are subject to applicable fees, availability and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

De-staging will be scheduled in accordance with the applicable project arrangements.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property for removal of Astra Staging inventory.

11. Changes, Rescheduling and Cancellation

Requests to change, reschedule or cancel confirmed staging services are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms provided in the applicable proposal, booking confirmation or service agreement.

Depending on the timing of the request and work already performed or committed, fees may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• providing accurate and complete information about the property;
• ensuring that Astra Staging has safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled times;
• completing any agreed preparation requirements before staging;
• informing Astra Staging of conditions that may affect the safe delivery, installation or removal of staging inventory;
• obtaining any permissions required to authorize staging services at the property; and
• complying with the payment and other obligations contained in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Additional costs may apply where circumstances not previously disclosed materially increase the work required to complete the project.

13. Existing Furniture and Personal Property

For occupied staging projects, Astra Staging may recommend that certain existing furniture or personal belongings be moved, removed, rearranged or stored.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, customers remain responsible for their own furniture, valuables and personal belongings.

Customers should remove or securely store valuables, fragile items, important documents and other sensitive personal property before staging work begins.

14. Astra Staging Inventory

All furniture, artwork, accessories, lighting, bedding and other staging inventory supplied by Astra Staging remain the property of Astra Staging.

Customers may not sell, move to another property, dispose of, materially alter or permit unauthorized removal of Astra Staging inventory.

Responsibility for loss or damage to staging inventory will be determined in accordance with the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

15. Pets, Children and Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that pets, children and other occupants do not interfere with staging, delivery or de-staging operations.

Pets should be appropriately secured while our team is working at the property.

Customers should notify Astra Staging in advance of any access restrictions, building requirements, elevator reservations, parking restrictions or other conditions that may affect service.

16. Photography and Marketing

Where photography or other media services are included in a project, the scope and terms of those services will be described in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Astra Staging will not rely on these Terms alone as authorization to publicly use identifiable photographs of a customer's property for marketing purposes where separate authorization is required.

Any agreed marketing use of property photographs will be subject to the permission or authorization applicable to that project.

17. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, layouts, pricing tools and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Astra Staging and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purposes related to obtaining or using Astra Staging services.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

We may update, modify or remove website content, services, pricing information or features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

If an obvious technical, typographical or system error affects an online quote or other information, Astra Staging may correct the error, subject to applicable law and any binding agreement already entered into with the customer.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment providers, mapping services, social media platforms, communication services and analytics providers.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Astra Staging is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

20. Privacy

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information through the website are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Electronic Communications

When you submit a quote request, consultation request, booking request or other inquiry, you authorize Astra Staging to communicate with you regarding that request and related services using the contact information you provide.

Communications may include email, telephone, text message or other communication methods you choose to use with us.

Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astra Staging will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Liability relating to staging services, staging inventory, property damage or other matters arising from a specific staging project may also be governed by the applicable service agreement.

23. No Guarantee of Property Sale

Home staging is intended to improve the presentation and marketability of a property.

However, Astra Staging does not guarantee that a staged property will sell, sell within a particular period, receive a particular offer, or achieve a particular sale price.

Real estate results depend on numerous factors outside Astra Staging's control.

24. Service Agreement Prevails

These Terms govern general use of the Astra Staging website and online services.

A particular staging project may also be governed by a proposal, booking confirmation, invoice, service agreement or other project-specific terms.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed or otherwise binding project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will govern with respect to that project, except where prohibited by applicable law.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms of an existing binding agreement except as permitted by that agreement or applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Ontario, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
